Has my order been taken into account?

Following your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you have previously provided.

Has my order been expedited ?

To make a return, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: hello@monesi.fr . Please provide model name, order number, contact information and reason for return.

DELIVERY

From what purchase amount is delivery free?

We offer delivery costs in Metropolitan France from 90€ of purchase.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times vary depending on product availability. If it is available, the shipment will be made as soon as possible, within 3 to 4 days maximum (except exceptions). If the product is under order (request made by e-mail or contact form), the shipment will be made within a longer period. We will inform you of this during our written exchanges. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Can I return my package?

You have 14 days (from receipt of the package) to return your package to us, in perfect condition, unused. The costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will proceed to an exchange, a full refund or a credit (gift card). Beyond 14 days, this will no longer be possible.

How do I return my package?

To make a return, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: hello@monesi.fr . Please provide model name, order number, contact information and reason for return.

Please note that the return costs will be at your expense. You are free to choose the delivery service (however, we recommend that you opt for a shipment with tracking for more security) and send us to the following address:

We also advise you to keep the proof of deposit of the parcel with a tracking number until you obtain your refund.

Any returned product must be new, clean, with its tag attached and in its original marketing condition and packaging. Upon receipt of the item at our premises, we will examine its condition. If the item is damaged or does not comply with the conditions mentioned, it will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged. In this case, no refund can be made and the customer will remain the owner of the product. The customer may choose to have the product returned to his address, at his expense, within fifteen days.
