This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or make a purchase on www.monesi.fr (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

COOKIES
Browsing on the www.monesi.fr website is likely to cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer.

_session_id, unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider's internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (depending on visitor location) the following day. Calculates the number of visits to a store per unique customer.
cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores your shopping cart information.
_secure_session_id, unique session identifier
storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.

“Log files” track Site activity and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your referring and exit pages, and timestamp data ( date and hour).

PAYMENT TERMS AND SECURITY
The Customer expressly acknowledges that any order made on the Site is an order with payment obligation, which requires the payment of a price against the supply of the Product ordered.

The Operator uses the Shopify Payment online payment solution.
Orders can be paid for using one of the following payment methods:
- Payment by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), which must include the 3Dsecure verification system.
- Payment is made directly on the secure banking servers of the online payment solution chosen, the Customer's bank details do not pass through the Site. The bank details provided during payment are protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process. In this way, these coordinates are not accessible to third parties.
If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway (STRIPES, PAYPAL), they will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Information relating to your purchase transaction is kept for as long as necessary to finalize your order. Once your order is finalized, the information relating to the purchase transaction is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our store and its service providers.
SECURITY
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed inappropriately.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using the SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 type encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
CREATION OF THE CUSTOMER AREA
To place an order on the Site, the Customer may need to create his personal customer space. Once created, to access it, the Customer must identify himself using his username and his secret, personal and confidential password. It is the Customer's responsibility not to communicate his username and password in accordance with the provisions of the PERSONAL DATA article herein. After the creation of his personal customer space, the Customer will receive an email confirming the creation of his customer space.
